Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused

Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Original packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Proof of purchase

You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Email us at returns@stiga.com or call +971 50 123 4567 with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Package and Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to us.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly.
